Top fit! Alaba shows off his Mucki upper body
The upper body is impressive. David Alaba shows off his well-trained Mucki upper body on Instagram.
It looks a lot like Crossfit, what the convalescing ÖFB captain is practicing. Bandaged knee, slightly shaggy hair, subtle beard growth and, above all, a muscle-bound upper body, as you would expect from a top athlete - this is how Alaba has himself filmed on Instagram for a corresponding story. At least the rest of his body (apart from his knees) seems to be in top shape. If David doesn't make it to the European Championships, it will definitely be down to his upper body, which may not be fully trained.
In the squad for the Bayern game
At the weekend, Real Madrid announced that David Alaba was in the squad for the Champions League away game against Bayern Munich.
However, he will not be playing. David is traveling to Munich, his former home, to support his team. The Viennese played for Bayern's professional squad for eleven years and played over 400 competitive matches for the German record champions.
