Company made a profit for the first time thanks to “corona aid”
The COFAG committee is entering its final rounds of questioning this week. Away from the business dealings of Tyrolean real estate juggler René Benko, the main question is whether billionaires close to the ÖVP were given preferential treatment in the payment of coronavirus subsidies. In any case, a well-known company in which an ÖVP mandatary holds ten percent has also benefited. He also happened to sit on the advisory board of COFAG. The "Krone" looked into the case.
