But the overall economic situation, including inflation and labor shortages, bureaucratic hurdles and ever more diverse competition do not make it easy to survive in the local restaurant scene. A flower store converted into a sausage stand, a Lángos truck on a grand tour and a cult pub that reinvented itself as a restaurant 100 meters "down the street" show that it is still possible.
Outside, motorcycles are being worked on, inside Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper are sitting on them. The legendary "Easy Riders" are speeding through the US sixties on their choppers and have the "Highlander Roadhouse" in full view - immortalized as a film snapshot on the big screen ...
