Hasenhüttl's successor at Wolfsburg
According to a report in the Daily Mail at the weekend, Liverpool have the former Bayern coach on their list of candidates to succeed Klopp. After disappointing results in the Bundesliga, VfL Wolfsburg pulled the ripcord in March and sacked Kovac, with Ralph Hasenhüttl now taking his place on the Wolves' coaching bench.
Jürgen Klopp will leave Liverpool in the summer after nine years, and the search for a successor has been underway for several weeks. Only recently, there were reports that the Reds had already reached an agreement with Sporting coach Ruben Amorim, which the Portuguese has already denied.
