Ruben Amorim denies agreement with Liverpool!
Portuguese soccer coach Ruben Amorim denies an agreement with Liverpool FC! It was recently reported that the current Sporting Lisbon coach will take over from Jürgen Klopp in the summer. "There have been no talks and certainly no agreement," explained Amorim.
"All we care about here is that we become champions with Sporting. I am, as always, focused on my club. And because I have nothing else to say: There will be no talks or agreements with the Sporting coach."

Several media outlets recently reported that a verbal agreement had already been reached between the 39-year-old and Liverpool. Amorim has been coach of Sporting since 2020 and won the championship in 2021. This season, the capital club are top of the league and have reached the Cup final.
He has always linked a possible future at Sporting to winning titles. "I can't guarantee that we will be champions. So I can't guarantee that I'll stay either," he reiterated.
