Duo beat up car driver after violating right of way

Wild scenes took place at the intersection in front of the municipal office in Höchst on Thursday evening. After a priority violation, two unknown drivers from Switzerland took the law into their own hands.

The Swiss are generally said to have a very calm disposition, but this apparently does not apply to everyone, as the incident in Höchst shows: according to the police, at around 6.45 p.m., a driver at the junction of the L202 and L19 robbed two other road users - both with Swiss license plates - of their right of way.

The two men were not amused by this "delay", so they got out of the car and immediately confronted the traffic offender. First there were insults, then blows. The duo must have really put their opponent through the wringer - in any case, he suffered a number of injuries and his shirt was completely torn. The two Swiss nationals then made off in their vehicles.

The two unknown drivers and any witnesses to the incident are asked to report to the Höchst police station.
