“Still time for fine-tuning”: Grabher ahead of comeback
Julia Grabher has commented on her comeback plans. The Vorarlberg native will be competing again for the first time in Antalya in Easter week. Before that, she still has time for the final fine-tuning.
Julia Grabher now knows when she will return to the WTA Tour. Austria's best tennis player, who has been out of action for a long time due to a wrist injury, will play the WTA125 tournament in Antalya in the Easter week (from March 25). "I'll have to wait a little longer, but I'll have a little more time to fine-tune my game," the Vorarlberg native said on Facebook.
She is currently focusing on batting practice and will soon be playing for points. Grabher had an operation in August and will return to the tour almost six months later. However, she recently explained that she does not want to use her "protected ranking" until a later tournament.
