Valentine's Day for everyone

These are the cutest couples at the animal shelter

Love is also in the air at the Vösendorf animal shelter in the district of Mödling (Lower Austria). On this year's Valentine's Day, Tierschutz Austria is now showing the cutest animal couples.

The two cute raccoons "Elsa" and "Niko" are one heart and one soul. They were found as babies without their mother. The Vösendorf animal shelter nursed them up and continues to look after Elsa and Niko.

But mom pony "Tamira" and her foal "Lilly " also live together at the animal sanctuary. They don't want to be separated from each other and are looking for a home together.

The two dogs "Billy" and "Eliza" come from Romania and had a difficult start. They were abandoned in a cardboard box as puppies. "Billy is much braver thanks to Eliza's open nature and the two of them love to cuddle up in a basket," says a delighted Vösendorf animal shelter. Both dogs are looking for a home together with a garden in the countryside.

The ferrets "Betty" and "Wilma" also make a cute pair. The inseparable sibling duo love to cuddle together. 

But the cats "Angie" and "David" also show real sibling love. The two are already around 15 years old and want to spend their twilight years together in a rather cozy way. 

The sun parakeets "Sunny" and "Happy" are also among the cutest couples in the Vösendorf animal shelter. Parakeets and all other parrots are highly social animals that need to be kept at least in pairs or in a group.
