Car behind public bus overlooked: Collision

There was a collision in the municipality of Nenzing (Vorarlberg) on Thursday morning. Two cars collided, injuring two women.  

There was a crash at the junction between Bahnhofsstraße and L 190 in Nenzing at around 8.16 a.m. on Thursday morning: a 35-year-old woman was driving her car behind a public bus. Another driver (55) also drove into the intersection and overlooked the 35-year-old's car.

Both women sustained undetermined injuries in the collision and were taken to Bludenz and Feldkirch hospitals respectively. The cars were badly damaged in the accident.

Four vehicles from the Nenzing fire department, a first responder, a vehicle from the state road construction office, a patrol from the federal police, two ambulances and two towing services were involved in the operation. A breathalyzer test carried out on the drivers involved in the accident was negative.
