Even the prospect of a change in the law that will prevent further wind power installations until 2026 will not "blow away" citizens' concerns. There are also political points of friction.

The signs are pointing to a storm. Although the governing parties and the opposition have come closer together on the wind turbine issue and agreed on a compromise - there is even a four-party motion in the pipeline for tomorrow's state parliament session - there are still points of friction.
