A lot must have already happened for a 19-year-old to be banned from approaching his mother in Vienna-Favoriten. But that apparently didn't stop the young man from paying the 64-year-old a visit on Friday, beating her and threatening to kill her. Now the descendant is in jail ...

Despite an upright no trespassing and no approach order against his mother, the 19-year-old stood in front of the 64-year-old's door at around 5.30 p.m. on Friday. He is said to have attacked the woman and hit her. He then allegedly threatened to kill her - the emergency services were alerted. 

Son is now in prison
The young man was provisionally arrested by the Vienna police in the mother's apartment. According to the officers, he refused to make a statement and was taken to prison. The mother was slightly injured in the attack and did not want to be treated by the emergency services.
