An employee of the Giebelkreuz warehouse in Obergrafendorf bravely grabbed the strange weapon and inflicted at least one heavy dent on the getaway car with a British license plate. The woman had previously observed how one of the criminals - probably as a distraction - conspicuously tampered with a shelf. But while the sales clerk confronted the man, a second man reached into the till at lightning speed and fled with 1,500 euros accompanied by a female accomplice. Despite a manhunt, the presumably ethnic Roma managed to escape.
