“Ended up in the emergency room with pain cramps”

Singer Lena Meyer-Landrut has now also canceled the remaining two concerts this year, on Friday in Stuttgart and on Saturday in Echternach in Luxembourg. Her team announced this in an Instagram story.

The team posted an audio message from the singer to her fans: "It breaks my heart and I wish so much that I didn't have to record this. But as you may have seen in the slide before, I also have to cancel the remaining shows this year for health reasons," says Meyer-Landrut.

"Severe pain cramps"
The singer ended up in the emergency room on Sunday "for the third time in the last few weeks with severe pain cramps", she said.

"Every time is a shock"
"And every time it catches me, my crew, the band and of course you fans totally unexpectedly. And every time it's a shock that's not nice for anyone." The singer therefore had to "just pull the ripcord here now."

At the end, Meyer-Landrut thanked and apologized to her fans. She is now taking a "short break" for her health. The 2010 ESC winner had already canceled several concerts in recent days and weeks, in some cases shortly before the start.
