Two women seriously injured after bicycle accident

Two women (71, 68) were cycling slowly and chatting. Suddenly they collided with the handlebars and crashed. Both women were seriously injured.

In Dölsach on Thursday, a group of seven cyclists were on their way to Carinthia for a cycle tour lasting several days. Two German women (71, 68) were riding ahead at a slow pace and chatting.

Seriously injured and taken to hospital
Suddenly the ends of the handlebars came into contact with each other and the riders, both wearing helmets, crashed. The women were seriously injured. The injured were taken by ambulance to the district hospital in Lienz.
