Bellingham after the final: “Breaks your heart!”

After the bitter defeat in the European Championship final against Spain, Jude Bellingham found it difficult to find the right words. But even though the frustration and disappointment are still deep-seated ("Breaks your heart!"), the 21-year-old Englishman is already looking ahead and wants to attack again with the Three Lions at the next tournament.

"There are experiences and things we can take away from this tournament for the future," said Bellingham, "if you only see everything negatively, nothing will ever change." That's why it's important to take the positives and the negatives together "and find a way to get England there one day".
