Strange scenes in Brazil! In the clash between Bahia and Gremio Porto Alegre, visiting coach Renato Gaucho called on his bench to go on strike - but his team simply played on and lost.

The starting point of the dubious departure was ex-Atlético bully Diego Costa. The Spaniard was shown the red card after being substituted. However, coach Gaucho was so angry that he sent his entire bench into the players' tunnel under police protection.

Baffled, his players followed the order - and Gaucho himself also left. But not the eleven players on the pitch.
