Benko now agrees to appear before the subcommittee after all

The back and forth surrounding René Benko's summons to appear before the subcommittee now seems to have come to an end. His lawyer confirmed a "binding commitment" on Wednesday.

Specifically, he is to testify before the members of parliament on May 22, the "Standard" quotes a letter from Benko's lawyer Norbert Wess. Benko will also be in Vienna the day before and this is also confirmed in writing.
