Two tobacconists robbed armed in one day

Is it one and the same robber duo? On one day, Wednesday, two tobacconists were robbed with weapons in Vienna. In both cases, the masked perpetrators are on the run.

On the morning of Wednesday, two armed masked men robbed a tobacconist's in Vienna-Floridsdorf and made off with the loot. 

Connection is in the air
The next robbery took place in the afternoon: two masked men again robbed a tobacconist's with a firearm and threatened the employee. After demanding cash, the two men were able to flee with the loot. An immediate search for the suspects has so far been unsuccessful.

The police are currently investigating a possible connection between the two robberies, they told the "Krone" when asked.
