Prince Harry:

Trouble with Trump and demotion from the royal family

Britain's Prince Harry is causing a stir despite the massive headlines surrounding his sister-in-law Princess Kate. On Monday, it was announced that the royal family had demoted him. He is now "the latest", so to speak, on the royals' official website. On Tuesday, Donald Trump repeated his "campaign promises" to deport the prince to his home country.

If, once he is US President again, it turns out that Prince Charles' son lied on his US entry form about his drug use, Trump wants to ensure that "appropriate action" is taken. This was announced as a kind of election campaign promise to TV presenter Nigel Farage on GB News.

Harry, who has lived in California with his US wife Meghan and their children Archie and Lilibet since 2020, had told of using cocaine, cannabis and psychedelic mushrooms in his autobiography "Spare".

Drugs, yes or no?
Anyone applying for a visa to live and work in the USA must answer the following question with a yes or no: "Are you or have you ever been addicted to drugs?" If Harry has ticked the no box, things could get uncomfortable for him. A judge recently ordered the files to be handed over, but they have apparently not yet been given to him.

"We'll have to wait and see if they know anything about the drugs, and if he lied, they'll have to take appropriate action," said Trump, who has previously stated that he will "not protect" Harry because he "betrayed the Queen".

In last place
While Harry still has a little time before his impending deportation, as the US president will not be elected until November, his British family has had the Royal Family's official website redesigned and Harry and Meghan have been given a downgrade.

Previously, both the Prince and Duchess Meghan had their own entry, but now their biographies have been combined and placed at the bottom of the website under Prince Andrew's entry, whose reputation is not the best.

The biographies of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, Harry and Meghan's children, have also been removed from the family website.

Violated the Queen's ban?
There is speculation that Meghan Markle, who used to be an actress, has been removed from the site because her new lifestyle company American Riviera Orchard is in breach of the late Queen Elizabeth II's ban on doing business with her royal title of nobility, which she and Harry were awarded at their wedding in 2018.

Meghan advertises her aristocratic title "by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex" on the Instagram account of the company, which plans to sell jams, cookbooks, home accessories and tableware in the future.
