Boris Becker is toying with the idea of coaching Alexander Zverev. "In principle, it's definitely a possibility," said the tennis icon on Sky on Thursday. The main problem: time!

However, Becker also has "other commitments". As a family man, he can't travel every week. "It has to fit in time-wise," said Becker. He only ended his collaboration with Holger Rune at the beginning of February. "For professional and private reasons, I can't give Holger what he needs at the moment," the three-time Wimbledon winner wrote on "X" at the time. Becker had returned to the coaching business for the 20-year-old Dane after almost seven years.

"We like each other, we're buddies"
Now he is talking to the sixth-ranked player in the world, Zverev. "I've known Sascha since he was six years old. We like each other, we're buddies, I know his strengths, not his weaknesses." But that "has to happen now. A lot is in flux at the moment. I like the way he's playing tennis now after his long injury," says Becker.

Glorious time with Djokovic
The 56-year-old had his most successful time as a coach from 2013 to 2016 as Novak Djokovic's coach. In their three years together, the Serbian won six Grand Slam titles (Australian Open 2015 and 2016, French Open 2016, Wimbledon 2014 and 2015, US Open 2015) and 14 Masters titles.

Zverev is currently coached by his father Alexander. Is the 26-year-old seriously considering a change of coach? ...
