Time is running out: Today, shipbuilder "Pani" is to leave the hall where he is working on his lifelong dream. In a letter, the new owner cites the risk of fire and flooding. 

"It was a flying roof, nothing more. I put up the walls myself, I installed the electrics and the crane myself," says Arnold Panholzer in frustration. The 81-year-old has been working on his ship for almost 20 years. However, the situation is a mess.

The previous owner let "Pani" run free. For a small rental payment, the handyman was allowed into the workshop. "Until you're finished, you can use the shed," he is said to have promised him. The nephew received the hall as a gift from the estate on July 18. He wrote to "Pani" after an inspection on July 22 that all objects must be removed by August 15, and the empty ship must be removed by September 30. Reason: flood risk, fire risk. He did not want to take the personal and financial risk.

"Impossible," sobs "Pani". He needs a hall. Legally, it's going to be tricky, because he has only reached a verbal agreement with the previous owner. Will the heir change his mind today?
