The 21st edition of Weinwunders with top restaurateurs was held at the Lentos in Linz. Two youngsters, who will soon be following in their parents' footsteps, stood out.
Two weeks to go before Martin Wakolbinger finishes his military service, after which the 20-year-old wants to discover the world: he is going to work for a winemaker in Germany and then on to Australia, where he wants to learn and gain experience and train to become a wine academic. Many celebrities and top restaurateurs were there
The two had the opportunity for a chat at an exclusive wine tasting at the Weinwunder in the Lentos in Linz. Also present at the tasting: Haubengastronom Georg Essig, Michael Brummeier (Seminarhotel Brummeier), Restaurant Badhaus boss Roland Klinser and Pöstlingberg-Schlössl boss Alfred Gallistl.
