The hot scenes in the video clip for Shakira's new song "Punteria" have apparently had an effect. Because, as the Daily Mail has discovered, the singer and "Emily in Paris" hottie Lucien Laviscount are actually a couple!

During the filming of the hot clip, the spark between Shakira and Lucien Laviscount was ignited, the newspaper reported. According to a Daily Mail insider, the speculation about love between the 47-year-old and the 31-year-old Brit is true.

But while the Colombian, who split from her long-term partner Gerard Piqué in 2022, is enjoying the freshly blossomed spring fever, friends of the singer are worried about her new love. 

"Shakira is desperate to fall in love - but her friends are worried because Lucien has been slowly fighting his way up the celebrity rankings by dating women who were all less famous than Shakira," the insider blabbed to the British newspaper.

Laviscount only after fame?
According to the anonymous source, the women Laviscount, who plays Emily's boyfriend Alfie in the Netflix hit series "Emily in Paris", has been involved with in the past were "all very different". "Now he's dating Shakira - and she wants to find love. But her friends fear he just wants people to know his name and she can provide. They're dating, but the big feelings aren't there yet."

Shakira's friends are certain that the singer is not yet over her ex Gerard Piqué, with whom she has sons Milan (11) and Sasha (9), and her circle of friends fear that "Lucien is a rebound". "She's dating someone who they fear is a player and she might get burned," the insider concluded.

There were rumors that there could be more between Shakira and Laviscount even before Easter. Just days after the hot video of Shakira and Laviscount was published, the two were spotted having a romantic dinner in an Italian restaurant in New York.

Before the liaison with the singer, the actor was already in a relationship with ex-Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona and is said to have kissed Little Mix member Jesy Nelson.
