The concept promises a comprehensive, Austria-wide service and a strong partner - right from the start. First, interested parties fill out the detailed online care questionnaire. After carefully reviewing the request, customers receive a tailor-made offer and are contacted personally - a first step on the way to a new chapter of well-being. Once the offer has been approved, the actual organization begins. The Care Exchange team takes great care in selecting the ideal caregiver, without any placement fee.
Partner agencies
The caregivers are acquired through partner agencies and through our own recruitment measures in Romania. In addition to Vienna and Styria, Pflegebörse also has its own local office in order to check the qualifications of the respective caregivers through personal contact. In addition, each caregiver is covered by public liability insurance to ensure maximum security and trust.
How it works
Customers receive the profile of their potential caregiver in advance, shortly before the start date.
All the necessary documents such as the employment contract, funding application, registration and deregistration form are reliably sent by email on the day of arrival and by post within two days.
The first day of on-site care is accompanied by a visit from an Austrian qualified nurse. Afterwards, the caregivers are in constant contact and exchange with the specialists.
Another advantage of the care exchange is the convenient cost calculator, which customers can use to calculate the price of the "care package" online in advance.
Pflegebörse is also the only company in the sector to offer the flexibility of a contract that can be terminated daily.
