The major slump in the real estate sector should come to an end by 2025 at the latest. The fall in inflation means that demand for land, apartments and detached houses is likely to rise again. Krone+ has taken a look at how the housing market has developed over the past year and reveals the biggest bargain regions!

A little house in the countryside, yet not far from work and still affordable - this dream usually comes true as soon as you start looking for a plot of land. If this is already available or in prospect, the enormous construction costs are usually a deterrent. Finished houses cost at least 2,000 euros per square meter, while turnkey versions start at 3,000 euros.
