Heidi’s models show almost everything in a sexy denim look
In the second week on Tenerife, "GNTM" model boss Heidi Klum herself gives her candidates a lesson in casting. For their first set casting, the models show up in breathtaking denim looks and show a lot of skin.
Heidi Klum helped the models prepare for their first casting and gave them tips and tricks on how to be well received by customers.
"When you're invited to a casting as a model, you only have very little time to present yourself to the client and make a positive impression. And that's exactly the kind of situation we're practising today."
First audition for the GNTM candidates
While some had no problem with the new situation, others found it a little more difficult. "I have to thaw out a bit first. I'm working on it, but it's not so easy for me yet," admitted Dominik. Alexandra also still had difficulties: "I definitely still have a lot to learn and I need to become more confident."
What the models didn't know, however, was that a real client - Emmi Café Latte - was secretly watching to see which model had what it takes for the campaign. Aldin and Kadidja scooped the first job of the season!
Hot shoot in a denim look
After the casting, one of the most important challenges of the season was on the agenda: the sedcard shoot. Between designer furniture, the models posed in denim looks in front of star photographer Christian Anwander's camera.
"It's a very important shoot today and I hope that the models are aware of that. They should perform accordingly and be able to accept and incorporate Heidi's and my instructions as quickly and as well as possible," says the star photographer.
In hot denim looks, the models lolled between designer furniture and showed a lot of skin.
Heidi Klum has a special surprise for her candidates: "The models who are really, really good don't have to wait until the decision, I'll give them their model portfolio straight away." Incentive enough for the models. Kadidja explained: "The model portfolio is definitely a big thing. I think everyone wants it and I'm not excluding myself."
Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for Max and Alexandra in the end - everyone else was overjoyed to move on to the next round with their model portfolio.
