Bread roll specialist shows its rough edges in Linz

The gastronomy scene in Linz has been enriched by another attraction. The traditional company Trzesniewski has opened its first store outside the capital city of Vienna in the Linzerie. Bread roll lovers can rejoice - 26 classics are also permanently available in Linz.

They all have their rough edges, but that's what makes them unique - what applies to people has long been true of Trzesniewski's bread roll creations. Until now, you could only see this for yourself in Vienna. Now the traditional company has opened its first location outside the capital in Linzerie.

Trzesniewski has a permanent range of 26 types of bread rolls - from the absolute classic "bacon with egg" to unusual creations such as "matjes with beetroot and onion", as well as seasonal specialties.

A secret revealed
"We guard the recipes for our spreads like a treasure. I can reveal how the special look is created. Namely by spreading it with a fork. Every single roll is the result of loving handiwork. Perhaps this is our secret ingredient for the unmistakable taste," said Trzesniewski Managing Director Manfred Österreicher with a wink at the opening.
