Trick thief stole luxury watch from jewelry store

A trick thief targeted a jewelry store in Salzburg. A luxury watch disappeared from there. The police are investigating.

The theft occurred between Wednesday and Friday. According to the police, there are no signs that the unknown perpetrator entered the shop outside of sales hours. They suspect that the thief took the lost luxury watch during a sales conversation.

The watch is worth more than 10,000 euros. What remains of the expensive piece in the store are the original documents and the packaging. The investigation is ongoing.
