Boy (14) races through the city in his grandpa’s Porsche

A 14-year-old boy raced through Vienna in his grandfather's Porsche on Thursday morning. The police stopped the young racer - he was picked up from the police station by his father and grandfather.

The Serbian had secretly grabbed the keys to his grandfather's powerful car and took it for a spin. He had two friends with him.

In Simmering, the boy then sped through the streets at 70 km/h instead of the permitted 30 km/h. The end of the line was at the Rappachgasse/Wachthausgasse junction: the police stopped the speeding driver and informed his father and grandfather.

The boy was picked up and charged.
