Real father of three children ordered to pay €132,000

For years, an Upper Austrian man lived in the belief that he was the father of four children. But then a DNA test revealed that - as reported - he was not the father of his offspring. Now the biological father of three of the "cuckoo children" is to pay around 132,000 euros to the cuckold. In addition, a decision will soon be made as to whether legal action will also be taken against the children's mother. The father of the eldest daughter is still unknown.

The extent to which the money can actually be collected is still unclear, according to Christoph Rogler, lawyer for the cuckolded Upper Austrian. The biological father of the three children is said to have no assets: He only receives his pension, beyond that he owns nothing. In addition, the pensioner himself still had to pay maintenance for his wife and two minor children. In this respect, the claim could only be expected to be received in a few years' time, the lawyer explained.

Whispers of infidelity always dismissed
The case came to light around a year ago: The Upper Austrian had to gradually discover that his four children were not his. DNA tests then revealed that three of them were from the pensioner. The alleged father had lived with his partner for 21 years and always dismissed whispers about her possible infidelity as null and void.

The man estimates that he has spent a total of 400,000 euros on the children. Nevertheless, he wants his alleged offspring to benefit from the money he is entitled to from the paternity dispute, according to the cuckold.
